The Promise

Each moment of today is a gift.  We are not promised tomorrow here on earth.   We have been created in His image and for His purpose.  Mark 16:15 tells us that we are to “Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation.”

Everyone is a sinner and is separated from God.

"for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,"  Romans 3:23

God loved us all so much that He gave His only begotten Son to die for our sins.

“But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”  Romans 5:8

Death means separation forever from God.  Eternal life comes by trusting Jesus Christ.

“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”  Romans 6:23

In order to begin your new life in Christ (be saved), you must believe that Jesus died and rose again for your sins and declare that you accept Him as your Savior and Lord of your life.

“That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.”  Romans 10:9

This is God’s Promise to you—if you accept Jesus, He will accept you.

“for, Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”  Romans 10:13

If you would like to accept Jesus as your personal Savior and Lord of your life, or if you have strayed away from Him and would like to rededicate your life back to Him right now, pray in your own words or you can pray the following prayer.

Heavenly Father, I recognize and admit that I am a sinner. I turn away from my sins, confess with my mouth and believe in my heart that Jesus is Lord. I believe that He lived, died and was raised from the dead for my salvation. I receive my salvation and all of its benefits right now. I ask you to me Lord of my life.  Lord, thank You for saving me this day. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen!

John 10:10 states that “Christ came that we might have life and have it to the full.”   As you read and study His Word, may each verse speak deeply into your spirit, and may all of His mighty blessings rain down upon you as you grow closer in Him every moment of each day.
